During his 17 years in the agricultural industry, Doug Matlock observed how critical it was to provide exceptional customer service in a timely fashion. In addition, he saw the loss of revenue to companies when its vehicles were taken off the road for maintenance and repairs.

Wanting to find a way to reduce that downtime and increase customer profits, Doug and his wife, Donna, knew regular fleet maintenance on company property would be appreciated. They also knew that when emergencies happen, fleet managers want a company they can depend on for prompt, honest, and outstanding service that will get them back on the road quickly.

"We saw a need that was not being met," said Doug, so the couple opened Royal Fleet Service on November 1, 2007. With its primary focus on fleets of 3 to 15 vehicles ranging from cars to delivery trucks to larger trucks and semis, Royal Fleet Service takes service to its customers when and where they need it!

But it's not just Doug and Donna who keep the "wheels of business turning" for their customers, but a team of professional and certified technicians.

Stacza Batty, Service Advisor:
Stacza joined Royal Fleet in January 2009 after more than eight years experience in customer service and the automotive industry. She has an outgoing personality and the ability to efficiently facilitate vehicle repairs for our clients.

Service Technicians:
Royal Fleet offers ASE certified service from technicians with a combined 40 years experience in automotive and truck repairs, as well as diesel qualifications.
